A breakfast and two (2) main meals with two (2) salads or soups, including a snack with choice of juice or fruit. Available Subscription Duration (in days): 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 50, and 75 days. Average Total Calories per day: 1,200 – 1,500.

Our Smart Program targets people looking for a healthy lifestyle, who like to eat healthy and delicious calorie-controlled meals. The program’s flexibility and menu choices are designed to meet all your preferences as you can select from our daily “à la carte” menu, to satisfy your personal taste.

The Program also promotes weight loss and is suitable for all ages.

The Smart Full Day package is an ideal option for anyone looking for a complete healthy eating program that is practical & calorie controlled.

We give you the opportunity to choose between 1,200 Cal, 1,500 Cal, or for a small extra fee, you may seek the professional advice of our dietitians who will design a healthy eating plan based on your current weight, eating habits, medical history and physical activity and recommend the calories needed.

The Program is also available as part of the treatment of some medical conditions and is normally prescribed by a physician and planned by our registered dietitian at our clinics. The dietitian will modify your calorie intake and adjust your meals based on your medical condition to control your condition and limit its complications.

Your dietitian will also give you advice on better controlling your condition, encouraging you to exercise and lead a healthy lifestyle.
