Loyalty Terms and Conditions
- By using your Card at any Diet Center outlet, you will automatically give your consent to the Program and the Terms and Conditions as may be amended from time to time.
- To benefit from the advantages of the Diet Center Rewards Program, you must register as a user of the Diet Center Program (Mobile App).
- The customer is not entitled to use more than one card or any card that is not linked to his data.
- Your use of the Card signifies your acceptance of the Terms and Diet Center reserves the right to modify or change these Terms without referring to the Customer.
- It applies strict standards to protect our customers' information and avoid sharing such information with any third party without taking the customers' consent.
- You will get at least one point for every SAR spent credited to your membership account within 24 hours of purchase, and additional points can be earned through Diet Center offers designed to increase the points balance.
- Points can be collected from all types of items and programs purchased from Diet Center and from the mobile app.
- Points cannot be accumulated on purchases paid for with vouchers.
- Points cannot be accumulated on the value of points redeemed in purchases which are wholly or partially paid for through use of redeemed points.
- Points Validity: The validity period of points for new inactive memberships is only 30 days.
- Your membership in the program may be withdrawn or rejected if you are involved in any fraud, shoplifting, or fraud with or without cause and such withdrawal or rejection is made without notice. Membership can also be revoked if you are found to have been a party to any misuse of your Loyalty Program membership card. If this happens, all points in your membership account will be canceled and you will not be able to redeem them again.
- Diet Center reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program or to change, cancel or withdraw any of the terms and conditions at its discretion and without the need to give any reason at any time. Diet Center reserves the right to suspend membership in the program - current or new - temporarily or permanently for a period of time. Participating outlets may be changed and Diet Center will strive to update this and add accurate information about such change, cancellation, addition, withdrawal, or modification. It is your responsibility to carefully read and accept these terms and conditions. Continuity of your membership means that you agree to be bound by the latest terms and conditions applicable from time to time. If you do not agree (are unable to comply) with any of the Terms and Conditions, you are advised to withdraw and cancel your membership.
- Benefits and offers offered to you through the program can be changed or withdrawn without prior announcement. Diet Center will have no liability as a result of these actions.
- Diet Center has the right to modify the way points are earned or redeemed including the number of points earned and the value of these points and willendeavour to inform you of these changes in advance.
- For security reasons, only your personal mobile number can be registered to your account and no other person's numbers are allowed. Your account must be linked to a single mobile number. To ensure you receive communications from Diet Center, you must update your mobile number and email at all times.
- Points earned from subscriptions remain pending until consumed/used and will be updated at the end of each calendar month.
- It is not possible at any time to accumulate your points balance with the balance of any other member's points.

- Members can restore the value of accumulated points in their accounts by visiting any of our outlets by issuing a voucher through the mobile application that will be valid for 30 days to be used one time and cannot be compensated in any way. The voucher is for fresh items only and can be replaced from shops after 24h from time of issuance.
